{"id":2032,"date":"2024-02-08T10:32:08","date_gmt":"2024-02-08T10:32:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/prowproject.eu\/methods-of-scaling-the-positive-resources-of-the-pro-w-project-in-romania\/"},"modified":"2024-02-08T10:32:51","modified_gmt":"2024-02-08T10:32:51","slug":"methods-of-scaling-the-positive-resources-of-the-pro-w-project-in-romania","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prowproject.eu\/ro\/methods-of-scaling-the-positive-resources-of-the-pro-w-project-in-romania\/","title":{"rendered":"Metode de scalare a resurselor pozitive ale proiectului Pro-W \u00een Rom\u00e2nia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Echipa de implementare a proiectului <strong><em>\u201ePromoting Teachers Well-being through Positive Behavior Support in Early Childhood Education [ProW]\u201d<\/em><\/strong><strong><em> <\/em><\/strong>(nr. de ref. 626146-EPP-1-2020-2-EL-EPPKA3-PI-POLICY), proiect finantat prin Programul Erasmus+ al Uniunii Europene, a aplicat \u00een perioada aprilie-mai 2023 un chestionar pentru identificarea experien\u021belor profesorilor \u0219i exper\u021bilor \u00een educa\u021bie care au interac\u021bionat cu proiectul Pro-W.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u0103spunsurile celor peste 100 de persoane participante la studiu au indicat acumularea de beneficii reale \u00een urma modulelor de curs, a workshopurilor sau a interac\u021biunii cu platforma de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare <a href=\"https:\/\/elearning.prowproject.eu\/teachers-ro.php\">www.<\/a> elearning.prowproject.eu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faptul c\u0103 aproape dou\u0103 treimi dintre responden\u021bii (72%) din sondajul nostru cred cu t\u0103rie c\u0103 abordarea ProW \u0219i rezultatele acesteia pot fi extinse \u00een contextul actual de politic\u0103 na\u021bional\u0103, reprezint\u0103 un indicator relevant asupra valorii realiz\u0103rilor ProW \u0219i asupra utilitatea pe care o aduc aceste resurse \u00een cadrul sistemelor educa\u021bionale, fiind percepute ca un instrument benefic pentru \u0219coli, profesori \u0219i educatori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe baza experien\u021bei lor profesionale, participan\u021bii (profesori de pre\u0219colari, directori de pre\u0219colari, consilieri \u0219colari, psihologi, coordonatori educa\u021bionali, asisten\u021bi ai profesorilor) nu numai c\u0103 au apreciat c\u0103 exist\u0103 un poten\u021bial ridicat de extindere, dar au \u0219i argumentat despre acesta, subliniind at\u00e2t metodele \u0219i tipurile de organiza\u021bii, prin care procesul de extindere ar putea fi realizat \u00een fiecare dintre cele patru \u021b\u0103ri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen cazul Rom\u00e2niei, exper\u021bii chestiona\u021bi au indicat urm\u0103toarele metode de extindere a resurselor Pro-W:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.Colaborare \u00eentre cadrele didactice \u0219i atitudine asertiv\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.Webinarii, conferin\u021be, simpozioane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Ministerul Educa\u021biei ar putea introduce \u00een programa pentru educa\u021bia timpurie modelul de la ProW sau ar putea fi op\u021bional pentru a ajuta la formarea comportamentelor de la ProW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Schimb de experien\u021b\u0103 cu alte institu\u021bii de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.Prin implementarea tehnicilor specifice ProW \u00een \u0219coli \u0219i gr\u0103dini\u021be cu implicarea direct\u0103 a prof. psihologi. Cursuri avansate, schimburi de experien\u021b\u0103 cu psihologi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Metode de extindere a Prow: \u00eent\u00e2lniri fa\u021b\u0103 \u00een fa\u021b\u0103 \u0219i coaching \u00een psihologie pozitiv\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.Demonstra\u021bie, feedback de performan\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8.Cursuri organizate la nivelul fiec\u0103rei unit\u0103\u0163i de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt; ateliere consilieri scolari-profesori-parinti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8.1. Cea mai bun\u0103 colaborare posibil\u0103 gr\u0103dini\u021b\u0103-familie-comunitate;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8.2. Aprofundarea prin verbalizare \u0219i practicarea zilnic\u0103 a bunelor maniere pentru a forma adev\u0103rate automatisme de comportament pozitiv pentru copii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9.Cooperare, organizare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;10.Consilierea p\u0103rin\u021bilor \u0219i consilierea copiilor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11. Cursuri pentru p\u0103rin\u021bi de tipul \u201eEduc\u0103m a\u0219a\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12.Team building pentru profesori<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Organiza\u021biile sugerate pentru a face acest transfer au fost:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.Cluburi pentru copii<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.
