Dovezile arat\u0103 c\u0103 predarea este una dintre ocupa\u021biile cele mai stresante, cu cifr\u0103 de afaceri mare (dar 20% dintre profesori abandoneaz\u0103 sectorul \u00een primii trei ani \u0219i 50% \u00een termen de cinci ani). Mai mult, cercet\u0103rile subliniaz\u0103 faptul c\u0103 stare de bine, rezisten\u021ba \u0219i eficacitatea profesorilor sunt pivotul pentru a asigura continuitatea, r\u0103m\u00e2nerea \u00een domeniu \u0219i angajamentul fa\u021b\u0103 de profesia didactic\u0103. Este de asemenea evident c\u0103, dac\u0103 profesorii se simt extenua\u021bi \u0219i cople\u0219i\u021bi, performan\u021bele elevilor lor vor avea de suferit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Proiectul va explora, dezvolta \u0219i promova propuneri de cre\u0219tere a st\u0103rii de bine profesorilor \u00een concordan\u021b\u0103 cu competen\u021bele lor profesionale. \u00cen aceast\u0103 privin\u021b\u0103, ProW va construi \u0219i extinde domeniul de aplicare al ini\u021biativelor similare care se concentreaz\u0103 \u00een principal pe stare de bine a elevilor pentru a sprijini \u0219i capacita profesorii \u00een drepturile lor.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Metodologie<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p>ProW va efectua o experimentare de politici care va implica un studiu controlat aleatoriu cu list\u0103 de a\u0219teptare, cu implicarea a minimum 60 de set\u0103ri ECEC (15 \u0219coli din fiecare dintre cele patru \u021b\u0103ri \u2013 Cipru, Grecia, Rom\u00e2nia \u0219i Portugalia). Experimentarea va evalua impactul interven\u021biei (o combina\u021bie a modelelor PERMA \u0219i SWPBS), asupra satisfac\u021biei la locul de munc\u0103 a profesorilor din domeniul educa\u021biei timpurii, auto-eficacit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i st\u0103rii de bine \u0219i asupra rezultatelor copiilor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Accentul este pus pe determinarea unei rela\u021bii cauz\u0103-efect \u00eentre:<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>formarea cadrelor didactice privind cadrul ProW (modelul PERMA \u0219i cadrul SWPBS) \u0219i bun\u0103starea lor
